Only 30 minutes needed

Our Group Exercise program features a variety of sessions that are 30 minutes in duration and there are 40 sessions in a week to choose from. Our group sessions are taken by our full-time staff so that our trainers are always accessible to all members. We have modified the sessions to suit all fitness levels, while ensuring that you work at an intensity that delivers results which is what we all want to see!

Great for  Beginners

 

The difference with our classes is that they are aimed at those new to exercise.  Those who are able to train at a higher intensity are given more advanced exercise options to ensure they get a good workout. So rather than new members  feeling like they cant keep up, our focus is on the new members rather than the one who has been around  for a while and can hadle a harder session.

So dont think you ahve to “get fit” before you do a class, we encourage all new members to do at least 2 classes per week to meet other new members but also to maximise contact with a trainer so that you can ask questions and learn how to exercise safely and effectively.

Sessions include:

Boxing

We have added punching bags to the fitness trail area and offer a boxing-only session. To ensure good hygiene practices are followed, you need to purchase your own set of  boxing glove inners for only $5.

Outdoor Training

Exercise outdoors using in our fitness trail  including some of the functional training activities we use in our boot camp sessions. The session may include boxing, sandbags, jogging, and a range of other bodyweight exercises. Simply teh best form of “total body” exercise.

Circuit

Our new circuit gym has proven very popular with our senior members. It’s a great way to get both strength and cardio benefits.

Revolution

Stationary  bike riding that will boost your aerobic capacity. Work at your own pace within the group.

Aqua

A Low impact session which uses resistance of the water to improve both fitness and strength.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is non-impact, warm-water exercise for those with arthritis or other injury problems. It’s the perfect starting point for older members or those new to exercise.
