We regularly have visits form various schools around Hobart. We have the facilities and services to provide group exercise sessions that are fun and educational. We have various options outlined below; however we are able to modify any class to meet the needs of the students and combine any theory session with a practical class.
Kids Boot camp
Held in fitness trail and includes the use of our obstacle course. Sessions are based around non competitive games and activities and are designed to improve strength and fitness
Group fitness classes
Including boxing, revolution (cycling) and circuit. Exercises are modified to meet all fitness levels.
Pool session
Water based activities focusing on fun and fitness or can involve free time in the main pool.
Educational sessions
Sessions are available on a full range of healthy lifestyle and wellness matters. Topics can include Healthy Eating, Goal Setting or Strength Training Instruction.
You can book in for a one off session or if you make 4 or more bookings you will receive a 20% discount.
