Managing Director Dean Ewington has also been President of Fitness Australia Tasmanian Regional Council since 2003 and  was a member of the Fitness Australia Board in 2004/5 where he was voted in as Vice President.

He remains actively involved with national industry issues and policy development.

We are also a Swim Australia Registered Swim School and accredited with Royal Life Saving Association of Australia. All of our aquatic staff are registered with Austswim.

Aquatic Staff

All our aquatic staff are qualified in the area that they teach. The minimum for learn to swim teachers is the Austswim teacher course which also includes on-going training and updates. We also run regular in-house training for our staff to ensure that we have a quality, consistent teaching  process between all staff.

Swim and Survive

We also incorporate Royal Life Saving Society Swim & Survive  skill development protocols into our learn to swim program so that participants have an understanding of water safety as well as a high level of swimming skill.
